Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–4 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (940) 273-2184. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is dyntl.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Denton is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Denton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my appointment today. I have been coming to this office for approximately 2–3 years, and unfortunately, this was by far my most disappointing experience. The dental technician who assisted me appeared to be either new or inexperienced. Throughout much of the appointment, I felt as though I was having to assist or guide them through parts of the process, which is something I have never experienced during my previous visits. The initial portion of the cleaning was also quite uncomfortable and felt more like I was having a filling performed. I ultimately had to ask the technician to stop so that I could clarify what procedure was being performed. There were also several issues with the remainder of the cleaning that I found concerning. During flossing, only approximately five of my bottom teeth were flossed before the technician moved on to brushing. The toothbrush was initially dry and only had a very small amount of toothpaste, which was then rubbed between my teeth. I also had to ask for water so that I could rinse and spit, as this was not initially provided. When I did need to spit, the suction equipment was positioned so far into my

I live an hour away and still would not go to another dentist office. Dr. Mancuso is knowledgeable, thorough, and he listens to any concerns I have. Any fear I had of going to a dentist has disappeared because I feel safe here. It's a small team with Jessie, Ashley and Amanda. You are welcomed with familiar faces who have all mastered their craft in vital roles. As far as finances go, the prices are the most fair I've ever seen. I'm so grateful for campus smiles. Thank you all!

When I made my appointment I was told my insurance was taken here but when I got a full bill and called them they informed they removed themselves from all insurance in 2023. They even verified my needs were covered 100%. I signed the contract that stated it was covered 100% Campus Smiles verified this information with my insurance and informed me there would be no charge. If you’re planning to use your insurance you can't at Campus Smiles.
